With more than 26 years of experience, Robert is a seasoned professional with a distinguished background in Technical and Sales leadership, who brings a wealth of expertise in many different industries driving business growth and fostering high-performance teams. He has an extensive career spanning small start-up (pre-IPO) companies to very large global organisations with high-profile roles at industry giants such as Microsoft, IBM, VMware, and Novell.
Robert has many accreditations following graduating from a degree at Melbourne University, including a Masters in Business. He thrives in high energy organisations that have large growth aspirations, and has rich experience in building Direct/Indirect Sales teams (in both the Enterprise and Commercial Segments) through developing winning Go-To-Market strategies.
Over his extensive career, Robert has consistently excelled at achieving significant revenue growth and steering businesses through successful transformations. He is known for rapidly gaining market share in very competitive markets, subsequently exceeding target expectations through cultivating a high-performance team and fostering a winning culture. He has developed many winning strategies over the years that accelerate rapid transformation of sales teams, such that he manages to “keep the lights on” whilst implementing a formula for longer term sustained success.
